I took this picture at Durham, England during the Lumiere Festival in November 2015. It shows one a “Luminéole”.
Luminéoles are fish-like constructions that float in the air in a way that makes them appear to be swimming.They are illuminated by coloured LEDs that allow them to gradually transition from one colour to the next as they swim the night sky.
