When you are a nomadic writer, you leave a lot of desks behind you. This is the one I used when I was living in Enschede.
This isn’t a blog post, it’s a media attachment page. The blog makes one for every picture I upload. I uploaded this one to accompany a post I wrote about living rent-free in Enschede.
I may not have paid rent but there was still a price. Instead of paying rent I had to spend several hours a day being the live-in handyman. When I laid down my tools for the day I had to fire-up my computer and get on with the freelance writing I do to support me as I travel.
